This is probably Lawrence Rieser, but the identity of his two friends is not known.  It's not clear whether the women are wearing contemporary fashions or uniforms, but it would be interesting to find out.  It might also be interesting to know what kind of hat Lawrence is wearing for this photo.  Is it his or did he just don it for the occasion?  The year and location are also not known.
