8 oz. stuffing mix (2 pkg)
2 cups water
1 cup apple cider
2 chicken-flavor bouillon cubes
4 tart apples, chopped
1 half-cup diced celery
1 half-cup toasted sesame seeds
1 quarter-cup minced onion
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 quarter-tsp. coarse black pepper

In medium saucepan, combine cider, water and bouillon cubes. Heat to boiling and dissolve bouillon. Remove from heat, add stuffing mix, stir and let stqand 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients to the mix, stirring. Lightly pack stuffing in cavity of a 14 to 16 lb. turkey.
